Return & Refund Policy

  1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return under the following conditions:

  • Wrong item received

  • Damaged or defective product

  • Product not as described

Return requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery by emailing support@giftora.co.in with order details and photos.

  1. Non-Returnable Products

Certain items such as personalized gifts, custom-made products, or items listed as “non-returnable” cannot be returned.

  1. Refund Process

After product inspection and approval:

  • Refund will be issued to the original payment method or as store credit.

  • Refunds may take 7–10 working days to reflect.
  1. Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to Giftora’s error (wrong/damaged item), we will cover return shipping.

For other reasons, the customer may need to bear the return shipping cost.

  1. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order by emailing support@giftora.co.in.
